Enhancing Public Information Management: Unipartner's CLAV Implementation Strategies
We were honored to be invited to take part in an important session at the Directorate-General for Books, Archives and Libraries (DGLAB) focused on Public Information Classification. This event was part of a series of sectoral working sessions organized by the DGLAB, aimed at engaging members of the Classification and Evaluation of Public Information (CLAV) Community to enhance the implementation of the methodology for classifying and evaluating public information. 💡
The session brought together companies dedicated to aligning their solutions with international standards for information systems (IS) in accordance with the CLAV methodology. Nuno Evangelista, Senior Consultant, presented Unipartner's extensive experience and expertise in designing and implementing IS requirements for public information classification. The presentation addressed critical questions about how information systems meet these requirements, outlined planned improvements, and discussed strategies for overcoming implementation challenges. To accomplish this, Unipartner uses Fabasoft's innovative solutions to ensure effective information classification and preservation, and the organizational processes.
By facilitating such discussions, DGLAB continues to play a crucial role in advancing the digital transformation of Public Administration and enhancing the transparency of the government actions through improved information management practices. Unipartner is committed to actively contributing to this initiative, aiming to enhance information management practices across public and private entities. 🤝
