Being a Internal Support at Unipartner comes with an exciting & challenging role and you will work with the Common Services Team.
We are looking for a responsible internal Support to perform a variety of technical tasks include providing support to our managers and employees.
El desafío
Como parte del proyecto, usted:

Manage all aspects of the operation of the organization's information systems, including cloud services, local systems, computer applications, networks, communication systems and end-user computers;

Ensure the availability of IT operations and services, provide technical support for internal or external events organized by Unipartner and assist internal initiatives with the creation of the necessary tools (e.g. PowerApps, website, forms);

Responsible for technical support services and will provide a first-rate support service;

Provide remote technical assistance to internal customers in order to resolve problems;

Answering calls from internal customers, collecting requests for information, analyzing user requirements and providing telephone/email/network support to internal customers;

Follow up incidents until they are resolved or closed;

Act as a reference for your colleagues;

Carry out local and remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;

Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining the appropriate solutions;

Accompanying the customer in the problem-solving process;

Identifying and suggesting possible improvements to procedures.

Mínimo 1 año de experiencia
Habilidades técnicas:

Experience with Windows Operative Systems, Office 365, GPO’s and Active Directory.

Experience with documentation of procedures and ticketing

Good verbal and written communication skills;
